Next on the roster is the IASIU 2018 Seminar and Expo on Insurance Fraud being held in Baltimore, Maryland from September 9 through the 12th. Frank will present with Carol LaDuke(Allstate) “Are You Smarter Than Your Trial Counsel?…Bringing a Fraud Case to Trial.” After all the evidence has been accumulated, and you now have a trial date, how can you most effectively prepare for a complex fraud trial? Participants will gain usable techniques based on our experiences with real complex fraud cases that were tried and concluded.
On Tuesday, September 11th “Under Water: A Comprehensive Approach to Mopping Up Fraudulent Water Mitigation Claims” will be presented by Brian Tenzer, GLG Partner, Zasha Rodriguez and Aaron Ames (Homeowners Choice).This course is designed for insurance fraud investigators, licensed adjusters, case managers, and claims professionals whose duties require them to investigate and adjust water mitigation claims.
