Nicole Hartigan, Esq.


Nicole has been in insurance defense for almost a decade. She joins us from USAA, where she played an integral role, and helped launch, company’s first in-house PIP department.

Prior to USAA, Nicole worked as in-house counsel for Allstate Insurance Company. During her tenure there, she primarily focused on SIU cases for PIP fraud, Homeowner’s fraud, and Property fraud cases, handling both pre-suit EUO’s and investigations, and complex litigation. Nicole started her legal career at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office and was an Assistant State Attorney for 6 years. She is an avid trial attorney, having tried more than 50 jury trials, both in the criminal courts as well as civil. Upon graduating from Rutgers University in 2005, Nicole attended The George Washington University Law School, earning her Juris Doctorate in 2008. Nicole is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association. Nicole is an active member of the Leadership Counsel for Legal Diversity and was a 2018 Pathfinder.
