Kelsey Hayden, Esq.
In her role at GLG, Partner Kelsey Hayden concentrates her practice on civil litigation cases with an emphasis on insurance fraud claims, including personal injury protection (PIP), bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.
Kelsey has been an integral part of the Goldstein Law Group since joining the firm in 2017.
Ms. Hayden focuses her practice on civil defense and on the prosecution of insurance fraud claims. Ms. Hayden works alongside Managing Partner Frank Goldstein in investigating and fighting auto glass fraud for insurance companies throughout the State of Florida. Ms. Hayden leads the Goldstein Law Group’s auto glass fraud department, which includes both litigation and pre-litigation sectors. Over the past few years, Ms. Hayden’s pre-suit investigatory efforts and litigation strategies, which included the conducting of hundreds of Examinations Under Oath, have resulted in withdrawn claims, recoupment of legal fees, and voluntary dismissals.
In addition to litigating auto glass fraud claims, Ms. Hayden has extensive experience defending Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims with an emphasis on suspicious and fraudulent cases.
Prior to joining the Goldstein Law Group, Ms. Hayden served as Law Clerk to the Rhode Island Superior Court and the Rhode Island Supreme Court, advising the Trial and Appellate Courts on novel legal issues and drafting published decisions which serve as binding legal precedent in the State of Rhode Island. In her advisory role, Ms. Hayden concentrated on the judicial interpretation of Rhode Island’s insurance laws, including in bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist cases.
In her free time, Ms. Hayden is a zealous activist for human rights. She has delivered lectures and seminars regarding human rights violations within the United States, has lobbied with state legislatures for enhanced statutory protections for juvenile rights, and has co-authored reports submitted to the United Nations Human Rights Committee and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.
