Margaret Younginer, Esq.

In her role at GLG, Margaret concentrates her practice on civil litigation cases.

Margaret is from Lakeland, Florida and attended Florida State University, where she received a Bachelor’s in Spanish and her Juris Doctorate. In law school, she was involved in the Animal Legal Defense Fund and interned with the Innocence Project of Florida and the Gadsden County Office of the Public Defender. After she graduated and passed the Florida Bar, she went to work as an Assistant Public Defender for the Palm Beach County Office of the Public Defender, working for over four years handling a variety of misdemeanor and felony cases and becoming the lead attorney in her criminal division. Margaret joined the Goldstein Law Group in November of 2022 where she practices insurance defense.
