Gregory P. Hengber, Esq. is a founding Partner of Goldstein Law Group, an AV-rated law firm that concentrates its practice on the detection, investigation, defense and litigation of suspect, suspicious and fraudulent claims exclusively on behalf of insurance companies.

As a founding partner, Mr. Hengber concentrated his practice on the civil prosecution of fraudulent insurance claims and the defense of insurance matters, including Personal Injury Protection (PIP), bodily injury and property damage claims, both 1st and 3rd party, with a special emphasis on suspect and suspicious claims. He was also a featured speaker at statewide Florida insurance conferences as an approved instructor for the Florida Department of Financial Services.

Mr. Hengber left the law firm for a period of time to serve as General Counsel and Executive Vice President of a Healthcare Technology company handling litigation of commercial and Intellectual Property matters in various State and Federal Courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Hengber returned to the firm in 2021 and picked up where he left off assisting insurance companies in the investigation, defense and litigation of suspect, suspicious and fraudulent claims, with a primary focus on 1st party Property claims, including Homeowners, Commercial, Personal Property and Automobile Windshield Glass claims. Mr. Hengber is an experienced Civil trial lawyer and litigator with over 25 years’ experience.
