ATTORNEY
Ideal candidate will approach this opportunity to work with a premier
AV-rated Insurance Defense firm with an inquisitive mind, penchant
for detail and disdain for insurance fraud. The candidate should bring
to the table at least five (5) years of litigation and trial experience,
preferably in the Insurance Defense/SIU field, having prepared for
and conducted pre-suit investigation; in suit analysis; discovery;
depositions/examinations under oath; pre-trial preparation and trial
duties.
LAW CLERK
2L / 3L needed to Assist with various project work, research, drafting and assisting attorneys in the fight against insurance fraud.
Must be able to analyze, and write summaries. Fast paced environment. Must be flexible, you will hit the ground running, you will have to prioritize case load and be able to multi-task, as well as be able to separate fact from fiction. Candidates must submit writing sample with resume.
JR LEGAL ASSISTANT/ASSISTANT COORDINATOR
Seeking entry level assistant to do scheduling and overflow legal
assistant duties. Fluent in English and Spanish required.
