BRIAN S. TENZER, ESQ.

Brian Scott Tenzer became an associate with Goldstein Law Group in 2003. He focuses his practice on the defense of insurance fraud claims with an emphasis on homeowner and windstorm suits.

Mr. Tenzer received his Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University, and went on to become a Probation Officer at the Florida Department of Corrections in Miami and Pembroke Park, Florida. After four years, Mr. Tenzer decided to pursue his law degree at the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. In 1999, he graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Juris Doctorate degree.

Mr. Tenzer has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 1999, and he has been licensed in the United States District Court Southern District, Florida since 2004. He is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators and the National Fire Protection Association. Mr. Tenzer serves on the Florida Advisory Committee on Arson Prevention. He continues to be a featured speaker at conferences sponsored by organizations such as the Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee and the National Windstorm Insurance Conference.
