STEPHEN M. ROSANSKY, ESQ.

Partner, Stephen M. Rosansky focuses his practice on the civil prosecution of insurance fraud claims and the defense of insurance and corporate related matters, including personal injury protection (PIP), bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.

Mr. Rosansky graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. Then in 2003, Mr. Rosansky earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center.

Mr. Rosansky is a member in good standing of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Federal Bar Association and the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators. In addition, Mr. Rosansky continues to be a key speaker at the Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee Conference. Mr. Rosansky is involved in the Race for the Cure, raising money for the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
