SUSETTE LUIS, ESQ.

Susette Luis is a civil trial lawyer with Goldstein Law Group. She focuses her practice on insurance defense and prosecution of insurance fraud claims, including PIP, first party fraud investigations.

Ms. Luis attended Florida International University in 2002 and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. In 2008 Ms. Luis earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from Nova Southeastern University. During law school Ms. Luis was an active member of ATLA (American Trial Lawyers Association), where she competed in the honorable E. Earle Zehmer Memorial Mock Trial Competition. During her last year of law school, Ms. Luis was a certified Legal Intern with the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office in the Juvenile Division. Ms. Luis became a member of the Florida Bar in 2008 and was noted for her high score.

Ms. Luis is admitted to practice law in the United States Southern District of Florida. She is a member in good standing of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar, Broward County Bar, Hispanic Bar Association, FDLA (the Florida Defense Lawyers Association), the DRI (the Voice of the Defense Bar), the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar and the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators. Ms. Luis currently volunteers for the 17th Circuit Guardian Ad Litem Program.
