Frank S. Goldstein is founder of Goldstein Law Group and concentrates his practice in the civil prosecution of insurance fraud claims and the defense of insurance and corporate related matters, including personal injury protection (PIP), bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.
Mr. Goldstein received his Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Florida, with high honors in 1990. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1993.
Mr. Goldstein has been awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the Florida Super Lawyers magazine recognized Mr. Goldstein as one of the top insurance coverage lawyers in the state of Florida and the South Florida Business Journal named him “Best of the Bar.” He is a past president of the Medical Claims Defense Network and continues to serve as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Goldstein has been appointed to the 2010 Florida Division of Insurance Fraud Strategy Task Force. In addition, he is a member of the Florida Insurance Council for 2010 Fraud Reforms and Legislation. Mr. Goldstein continues to be a featured speaker at conferences sponsored by organizations such as the Department of Insurance Fraud, International Association of Special Investigative Units and Medical Claims Defense Network. He is active in the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators. Plus, he is a licensed and approved instructor by the State of Florida and the Florida Bar for educational credits.
