JEFFREY L. BAER, ESQ.

Jeffrey Baer is a civil trial lawyer with Goldstein Law Group who focuses his practice on the civil defense and prosecution of insurance fraud claims, including PIP, first party, third party and fraud investigations.

Mr. Baer graduated, Cum Laude, from University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center. Prior to joining Goldstein Law Group, Mr. Baer practiced plaintiff’s PIP litigation, commercial litigation and bodily injury. He began his career as an Assistant Public Defender for Broward County.

Mr. Baer is an active member of the Broward County Bar Association and the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators. His community involvement includes working with children with autism and breast cancer awareness.
