Jeffrey L. Baer, Esq.


As a civil trial lawyer with the Goldstein Law Group, Partner Jeffrey Baer handles litigation of large SIU projects, including EUO’s, claims and lawsuits on behalf of corporate clients and large insurance companies such as State Farm, Allstate and Nationwide.

Mr. Baer is responsible for investigating and defending first and third party insurance claims involving PIP, personal injury, bodily injury, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, with an emphasis on suspicious and fraudulent cases.

Mr. Baer graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center. Prior to joining the insurance fraud investigators and insurance law attorneys at the Goldstein Law Group, Mr. Baer practiced plaintiff’s PIP litigation, commercial litigation and bodily injury. He began his career as an Assistant Public Defender for Broward County, Florida.

Mr. Baer is an active member of the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators and the Broward County Bar Association. And in addition to his work as an auto insurance fraud attorney, Mr. Baer finds time to service his community, working with children with autism and breast cancer awareness.
